Artwork Submission Agreement

Artist Members have free unlimited submissions for each exhibit. By submitting works to the Inspiration Art Group International virtual and physical exhibitions, artists agree to allow the accepted artwork to be used for publicity and archival purposes. All virtual artworks will remain online for at least one year, therefore videos hosted on an artist’s personal platform must remain accessible for a full year. Artists will retain the copyright of their work published on the Inspiration Art Group International website.

Artists also agree to contribute $20 per each accepted artwork payable by the 20th of the month prior to the exhibition. Without this fee, works will not be included.

Acceptance notification

Artists will be notified by the 10th day of the month prior to the exhibition if their artwork has been accepted for the virtual exhibition. We regret that we cannot respond to all artists who submitted work, due to the high volume of submissions.

Payment

You will receive payment instructions after you are accepted into the month’s exhibition.

Sale of Art

All artworks are eligible for sale. The Inspiration Art Group International will collect 20% of the sale. Interested buyers will contact bibiana@inspirationartgroup.org to purchase a piece. All shipping and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
